3. Waitlist & Points Program

The Palisades waitlist and points program are provided for informational and promotional purposes only. Points have no cash value and do not constitute a financial instrument, security, or guarantee of future access. Palisades reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the points or referral system
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by or licensed to Palisades. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
